In this unique fun intuitive class, Cathleen combines her fine arts degree with over a decade of holistic training. Using creative play can help to help improve your body image and personal perception. No artistic talent needed. Even stick figures can reveal personal reflections. This fun, silly and insightful class helps to open conscious awareness about the self.
