Day 30 - July 25th - full moon - Heart chakra inner and outer balanced - We did it. You did it. Congratualtions to everyone who also completed this sacred journey within themselves. Very busy dreamwork night, which is normal around the full moon. Just finished yoga which feels better. Still overcast with more storms rolling in here at the moment which feels like a fun quiet day here with the family. I want to thank everyone for ongoing emails and testimonial contributions which constantly reconfirm the power and limitless potential of this 30 day process. Although it is work and can seem challenging at times as we are stretched to new levels within ourselves, the rewards are always worth it. Day 29 - Saturday July 24th - throat chakra - spirit spiral - Hiking early then incredible storms all day afternoon - ongoing lightning was beautiful to watch. Took my daughter back to school shopping and found myself observing material impulses. Kept bringing higher consciousness to those waves of self consciousness and realized how silly the ongoing ego game of 'personal presentation' can really exhaust us if we allow it to. -Don't let any obstacle stop you. Always remember that you have spiritual and mental qualities within you that can overcome even the seemingly impossible. -Norman Vincent Peale

Day 28 - Friday July 23rd -3rd eye center - spirit spiral - Up early assisting a friend in labor. Used sounding to assist channel movement and felt the process shift again and again throughout the day. Finding this new phase shift from this Spiral experience has been quantum for many who are reporting in. Keep up the great work and know it is all worth it. Travel light, live light, spread the light, be the light. -Yogi tea

Day 27 - Thursday July 22nd - Crown chakra - Yoga early, busy work then afternoon cupping session with Kenia @ New Day Yoga Center which was awesome. I felt she went very deep which I prefer then was able to keep a slower pace the rest of the day. Slept deeper than I have in a while. We can transcend physical matter. -Joan Ocean 

Day 26 - Wednesday July 21st - base chakra - feeling better this am. Up late watching lightning storms like I have never seen in my life. Seems like stiked go sideways here instead of vertical back in Florida - really wild. I love storms and always welcome the clearing they bring energetically. Final day to ground in changes into the body and home before going up one last time. Seek completion today where ever it is needed for you. Selfishness causes us to see competitors in everyone. Fraternity finds brothers and sisters in us all. -Chico Xavier 

Day 25 - Tuesday July 20th - sacral chakra - challenging day. dream work intense then felt off and correcting most of day. Since sacral chakra relates to the element of water went with kids to community pool and did diving therapy - high diving over and over again to breakthrough emotional barriers causing pain. This too shall pass. -Dad

Day 24 - Monday July 19th - Power chakra - spirit spiral - set up art in New Day studio yesterday afternoon. Glad to share the work with others and hope everyone enjoys it. Repeat dreams point to clarified focus today. Using our divine power today is important to help us align with our highest good in all areas of life. Use your inner strength to stretch into new growth.  To infinity and beyond! -Buzz Lightyear 

Day 23 - Sunday July 18th - heart chakra spiral - wild dreams which is the norm after teaching. Feeling antsy today, alot of energy and needing to move the channel to adjust it. Prepping to show paintings in a few places. Yoga later will definitely help. Wanting to be in sanctuary today in remote nature setting. Sessions later on will help to go higher up. Day 22 - Saturday July 17th - Throat chakra - Spirit spiral - Taught Living the Spiral today for the first time here in Overland Park. It was a wonderful group and I loved working in a green building and conscious space which always brings the work up to a higher level. Feeling very strong and comfortably confident which I have worked towards to be able to lead well. Invited to a new Yoga center downtown and also asked by 2 places to show art in 24 hrs. Going with the flow. Emailed Sage and Anthony Robbins that I look forward to working with them both at Namale in Fiji which is my vision of success right now. Day 21 - Friday July 16th - Spirit spiral - 3rd eye center - finally sleeping better - up at 5:30 for am yoga which is my favorite time. Dreams are revealing alot of correction and reorganizing of energies in a positive way. Looking forward to teaching tomorrow here in Overland Park. Happy friday everyone. Day 20 - Thurs July 15th - ground chakra - Emotional last night. Sat outside for a long time allowing excess emotions to drain out. Still affirming success within flux of emotion. Feel better this am. Stormy and windy out but this feels very useful to let it all blow out and clear yet again. Enjoy your transition from mind to spirit today. "Feel yourself well." MM

Wednesday July 14th - day 19 - crown chakra - hard time to sleep last night - active mind and energies around kept me up for a while. Very busy week this week with clients and schedule. Looking forward to fall and weather cooling off. Still eating hand picked blackberries from local farm. Made beautiful violet smoothie with vegan protein powder and goji berries, yumm. Finally able to do yoga yesterday after letting my hand heal from the cut. Felt amazing but surprised it did not assist sleep more. Well enjoy your day and be well. Today is the best day ever! -David Wolfe 

Day 18 - Tuesday July 13th - astral day at sun center - up 3am for active meditation and client assistance. So many dreams - alot processing on many levels as this major upgrading proceeds within this Spiral process. Noticed after observing the last few clients that my work has definitely reached a higher level of strength and precision. Use this day for your own divine path to refine your own energy and purpose. As you intend this the universe will support superconscious change as it is highest good for you to experience. So sun-shine-on! "Imagination is more important than knowledge" -Albert Einstein

Day 17 - Monday July 12th - Crown chakra - Up early again which feels better. Beautiful fog out misting around the house. Feeling a very deep peace today which is challenging to articulate. Feel more at home here than I did in Florida. Thought it was going to be such a challenging transition but it has been one of the easiest moves ever which only confirms being in the right place. Active meditation later today. See you on the inner planes. Let there be light -God

Day 16 - Sunday July 11th - 3rd eye - mind spiral - amazing spiral clouds spinning this am outside - looked like a movie set outside with all of the greys in the sky - never seen a sky like that before. High energy day - storms always energize me for the better. A skunk came to visit and eat my blueberries outside while I watched from the deck. At first I wanted to shoo him away but then realized with so much building going on his ecosystem has been so altered I was not even sure where he was living. The totem of the skunk is a message of bounaries with others and not being afraid to stand your ground and make a stink. Healing rain most of the day felt cleansing for this center. Day 15 - Sat July 10th throat chakra - Up and so wide awake in the night actually sat outside and watched stars for a while. Being at the center point can be intense as we move from going towards our focus to an outward direction of allowance. Make the most of every day and speak your highest truth today. My grace is sufficient for you, my strength is made perfect in weakness. 2 Corinthians 12:9

Day 14 - Friday July 9th - Heart chakra - Walked this am early on trails and loved the fresh wildfowers blooming everywhere. As we each approach the center and halfway mark of this 30 day process this is a good day to evaluate your progress so far and decide what else you may need to do or remove to help you go into the second portion of this journey. I did my best to love and forgive my own weaknesses this am. Recognizing where I am still needing more light and understanding in parts I pretend are ok. Do your best to be real within the vast illusions and manipulations we all experience here. Day 13 - Power center - trouble sleeping with many turbulent dreams. Late yesterday cable service came to check power signals because of flux in power. Today being the power day and Elite Electrical down the street I noticing a synchronistic support to help get the right flow of electrical flowing here. Some of you may have noticed that as you move to new personal power levels, a few (or sometimes many) power electrical glitches may reveal themselves to show you where you are at the moment. "Know that you are safe to have, use and own your full power right this moment!" -me 

Day 12 Wednesday - Sacral - feel much better this am and glad to get back to my trails in the woods after a day of rest. Found a huge 4 foot cottonmouth snake at the edge of the waterfall rocks this am. Then mango smoothie and fresh local farm orange bell peppers for salad later. Remember the sacral is the water element so being around water and flowing more within the mind will help you to stay clear and on course for you own path. Day 11 - Tuesday July 6th - Base chakra in mind spiral. No sleep last night. Storm kept me up along with the mind spiral swirling in. I look forward to clearing and strengthening here this week. Regardlesss of not sleeping I am going to choose joy and a positive attitude in each moment.
