The end falls into the beginning: Introduction to a mini-series
Between 2025 and 2027 the sky shows off a profound turning, highlighted by several powerful revolutions:
ALL of the outer planets are shifting into new signs. (2025-2026)
With this shift, the outer planets are forming a rare and unique “Magic Triangle” aspect to each-other. (2025-2028)
Saturn and Neptune are meeting up at the 0 point of Aries, the beginning of the entire Zodiac. (2026)
Pluto is going Out-of-Bounds for a decade, escaping the normal reign of the Sun’s orbit. (2025-2035)
The precession of the equinox (wobble of the earth on it’s axis) is shifting into a new plate, transitioning us into to a whole new background frequency (according to Human Design, the shift is from Gate 37 [Family/Friends] to Gate 55 [Abundance/Spirit]. (2027)
The Hindu Yuga cycle is completing a turn as we exit the Kali Yuga, according to some. (2025)
In numerology, 2025 (a 9-year) closes a nine-year cycle with endings and release, while 2026 (a 1-year) begins a new cycle, seeding fresh growth and conscious leadership.

AI researchers predict that 2027 could be the year machines begin writing their own future.
The Indigenous prophecy of the Condor and Eagle is coming to fruition.
As you can see, from many different lineages and perspectives, these few years ahead of us are marking a major threshold, a crossing into a new era of the world that feels at once terribly uncertain and luminous with possibility. The collective consciousness is entering very unfamiliar terrain. Global systems are changing in tandem with rising consciousness, and everyone I know is deeply feeling the shift (however they personally choose to make sense of it!)
Change is God
“Change is the one unavoidable, irresistible, ongoing reality of the universe,” wrote he brilliant science fiction author Octavia Butler.
“To us, that makes change the most powerful reality, and just another word for God….
The essentials are to learn to shape God with forethought, care, and work; to educate and benefit our community, our families and ourselves, and to contribute to the fulfillment of the Destiny.”
She continues: “We need the stars… we need purpose! We need the image of Destiny to take root among the stars- it gives us of ourselves as a purposeful, growing species. We need to become the adult species that the Destiny can help us become!
If we’re to become anything other than smooth dinosaurs who evolve, specialize and die, we need the stars. When we have no difficult, long-term purpose to strive toward, we fight each other. We destroy ourselves. We have these chaotic, apocalyptic periods of murderous craziness….”
But that’s not how it has to be.
We are here, deep within the threshold of massive paradigmatic change. With plenty of difficult, long-term purpose to strive toward.
And for this, we need the stars.
Shifting Paradigms: A Cycles of Time Mini-Series
My main project here on Substack for the past few years has been tracking the energies of the Wheel of the Year from a poly-cultural perspective on my podcast Cycles of Time. I write and record a weekly forecast that helps you understand the cyclic, seasonal energies that repeat year over year as the earth revolves around the sun. This project has been so powerful in helping me cultivate a beautiful practice of grounding and building a deep relationship with the earth, the planets, and my body.
I’m definitely going to continue to write and explore these annual cycles of time…. and at this moment I’m also feeling deeply called to zoom out a bit to the larger cycles that affect us, expecially at threshold moments like the one we’re living through!
We’re at a major crossroads moment, a doorway between timelines, in more than one cosmic way. Below is an overview of some of the changing energies of the present moment. I’ll be diving into each one as it’s own post over the coming weeks, to ground into the myths, prophecies, and planetary transits that are making the current moment feel both so heavy and so fertile with potential.

1. The Outer Planets All Change Signs (Now-2026)
The outer planets move slowly, shaping the background story of civilization. When more than one changes signs at once, eras open and close. In From 2024-2026, all of the outer planets are changing signs at around the same time, making it feel like a triple-wake up call from the sleep we’ve become accustomed to.
Pluto entered Aquarius (From 2024–2043: 20 years)
Pluto dismantles and rebuilds at the roots. In Aquarius it directs that force toward technology, community, and the structures of collective power. What rises over these two decades will define the future of governance, innovation, and human networks. From 2025-2035, Pluto will also be out of the sun’s bounds… which means that Hades is not playing by the King’s rules. So there’s that.Neptune entering Aries (From 2025–2039: 14 years)
Neptune has been dissolving boundaries in Pisces for more than a decade. In Aries, it lights a flame of spiritual fire. Collective ideals take on a sharper edge, calling for courage, action, and direct vision. The dream becomes urgent, immediate, and fierce.Uranus entering Gemini (From 2025–2033: 8 years)
Uranus electrifies whatever it touches. In Gemini, it disrupts the nervous system of communication, travel, and learning. New technologies accelerate, language itself begins to change, and rigid patterns of thought fracture to make space for new possibilities.Saturn in Aries (2025–2028: 3 years)
The 3 years of Saturn in Aries will bring discipline to raw impulse, forcing a reckoning with how we initiate, lead, and fight. The rush of Aries energy meets Saturn’s demand for patience and accountability, slowing reckless independence and turning fire into strategy. This is a testing ground for sovereignty, where courage is tempered into resilience and authority is forged through restraint, endurance, and earned mastery rather than unchecked force.
2. Pluto, Neptune & Uranus form a Mini Grand Trine configuration, aka a “Magic Triangle” (From 2025-2028)
Together, Pluto in Aquarius, Neptune in Aries, and Uranus in Gemini form a rare pattern of harmony, with Pluto trining Uranus and both making sextiles to Neptune and Saturn. Air and fire combine to spark innovation, vision, and action. This alignment holds the potential for extraordinary breakthroughs… but it could also carry volatility if the momentum of these smooth aspects run without grounding.
3. Saturn and Neptune come together at the 0° Aries Point, the first degree of the whole Zodiac (February 2026)
In February 2026 Saturn and Neptune meet at 0° Aries, the very first degree of the zodiac known as the World Axis. Saturn seeks form while Neptune seeks dissolution. Their union at this zero point signifies the end of one story and the birth of another.
Each cycle of Saturn and Neptune corresponds to shifts in ideology. Their 1989 meeting aligned with the fall of the Berlin Wall, while the 1953 conjunction echoed the restructuring after World War II. The 2026 meeting calls for the same level of collective re-imagining, where myths and systems dissolve and reassemble on new ground. But this time it’s a collective re-imagining at ground zero of the Zodiac, the spring equinox point when the seed that’s been underground sprouts into a new cycle.
4. Pluto Goes Out of Bounds (2025-2035)
From 2025 to 2035 Pluto will travel south beyond it’s normal path, which is set by the path of the Sun around the ecliptic. Astrologers call this “out of bounds,” and it’s a condition that intensifies a planet’s nature, making it more of itself and less influenced by the sun or anyone else. With Pluto, this could mean power struggles, shadow work, and radical transformation will surge beyond ordinary limits. The underworld is rising closer to the surface, bringing both collapse and renewal in extreme form.
5. The Human Design Prophecy of 2027: Entering the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix
The Human Design system marks 2027 as the pivotal transition year of our times. In 2027, the Zodiacal point of the vernal equinox will shift from Pisces Gate 37.1 (Community/Family, the Cross of Planning) to Pisces Gate 55.6 (Abundance/Spirit, the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix).
The shifting precession of the equinoxes moves backward through the Zodiac, so according to the Human Design system, we are entering the final gate of the Age of Pisces for the next 400 or so years before we enter the… wait for it… Age of Aquarius.
This shift of fundamental background frequency here on earth from 37 to 55, Community to Spirit, signals the swift decline of structures based on trade, bargains and collective planning. In it’s place, the Phoenix archetype rises, emphasizing rebirth, spirit-led individuality, and self-sourced vitality. In this prophecy, communities will still exist, but they’ll gather through resonance rather than obligation. The story moves from maintaining systems to igniting new ways of life that are nodal, not hierarchical.
Key changes:
The Solar Plexus mutation begins (this means that our emotional systems are becoming awareness centers, instead of just a motor center. This will support a transition towards individual empowerment, allowing for a new form of emotional clarity and creative sovereignty).
The breakdown of large-scale institutions/tribal bargains that we’ve become accustomed to over the past 400 years.
The rise of more grassroots, self-organizing, and frequency-based communities.
6. End of the Kali Yuga (2025-2040… perhaps?)
The Hindu tradition of the Yugas describes vast cycles of time. The Kali Yuga, often seen as an age of darkness and decline, has been said to end or turn around this century. Some Yuga-based interpretations say the Kali Yuga ends / Dvāpara Yuga matures around 2025–2027, which is described as the “Age of Energy/Networks.”
Whether literal or symbolic, the theme resonates. Across cultures the intuition is the same: an old age gives way, and a renewal stirs us into a new era.
7. A New Numerological Cycle (2026 = 10 = 1!)
From a numerological perspective, 2025 and 2026 form a hinge between cycles. The year 2025 carries the vibration of the number nine, a culmination energy that emphasizes closure, surrender, and the release of what no longer serves. It is a reflective, chrysalis-like time, clearing space for renewal. In 2026, the cycle resets to a universal one year, signaling fresh beginnings, the planting of new seeds, and the rise of conscious leadership. Numerologically, 2025 is all about completion, and 2026 invites initiation and the first steps into a new nine-year journey.
8. The Eagle and the Condor Prophecy (Andean/Amazonian, Quechua + other nations)
For centuries there’s been a prophecy that humanity split into two paths: the Eagle (mind, industrial/technological, masculine) and the Condor (heart, earth, feminine, spiritual). The Eagle has dominated for 500 years, but the prophecy says that around the early 21st century there will be a reunion, where the Eagle and Condor fly together, signaling a chance for balance between technology and spirit.
Many indigenous leaders mark the period between 1990 and 2027 as the window when this reconciliation must take place, with gatherings and ceremonies already underway. The prophecy only speaks of the potential, so it's up to humanity to activate this potential and ensure that a new consciousness is allowed to arise.
9. The AI 2027 Prediction
In 2025 a group of researchers predicted a scenario that 2027 could be the year machines begin writing their own future. They imagine AI becoming such a skilled coder that it no longer waits for human programmers but instead improves itself, creating a rapid chain reaction of ever-smarter systems. This moment, they argue, could mark the birth of super-intelligence, an intelligence that races ahead of us, reshaping society faster than governments or companies can react. Some picture a new era of discovery and solutions, and others warn of dangers if the goals of these systems diverge from our own. In this scenario, 2027 is a critical threshold: the point where AI stops being just a tool and becomes a force with its own momentum.
Meet me at the Crossroads: Entering the Doorway of a New Earth & a New Paradigm
The years ahead ask us to stand inside a great paradox, as structures that we have always known are collapsing at the same time as new patterns of consciousness are beginning to take root. Outer planets are forming a fiery pattern of momentum, ancient prophecies are reminding us of endings and rebirths, we are witnessing the rise of artificial intelligence in real time, and ancient cycles are echoing through the present moment.
The “New Earth” that many are speaking of obviously does not arrive fully formed. It takes shape through each choice we make to live with imagination, sovereignty, and courage.
The threshold years of 2025 through 2027 (and beyond) invite us to participate in the creation of a new world- and there is a lot of overlap about how our heart-centered resonance and emotional attunement will assist us through this massive change.
