For all of you spontaneous folks who have a free chunk of time this evening (at 5pm mst), I’m hosting a Gemini season overview and guided Breathwork Journey on Zoom.
We’ll go over the transits and archetypes of the season and then bring the curiosity of the Twins into our bodies with a guided conscious-connected breathwork session.

Conscious Connected Breath is a rhythmic, continuous breathing practice that offers a wide range of benefits. It helps calm the nervous system, increase oxygenation, and release tension from the body and mind.
Regular practice can reduce anxiety, improve focus, support emotional release, and deepen self-awareness. It also enhances presence, opens access to altered states of consciousness, and reconnects you to your life force. It can be a powerful tool for restoring balance, clarity, and inner connection.
In this type of breathwork, inhales and exhales are done through an open mouth with a relaxed jaw, or through your nose if you'd like a more relaxed and gentle experience.
The inhale is active, filling up the belly and chest, and the exhale is passive, letting the air fall out of you. Inhales and exhales are circular and connected, with no pause at the top of the inhale or bottom of the exhale (this circular, cyclic rhythm is why I chose the name Revolutionary Breath).
The speed of the breath typically starts slow and builds to a climax along with a music playlist, and then returns to a slower pace. I will show you a demo of the breathwork style on our call and answer any questions you may have at that point.
