Hey everybody, welcome to Living the Spiral. Here are your Cancer season horoscopes, part two of my Cancer season overview.
Part one goes through the history of Cancer as a sign going all the way back to Babylon, the six Human Design gates the sun transits through during the season, and all of the major transits of Cancer season 2026. So go ahead and listen to that as well if you’d like the larger picture first.
Cancer Season 2026: The Fierce Embrace
Hey loves, welcome back to Living the Spiral. I’m Alison, and you are arriving just in time for the solstice, the summer solstice. It’s known as Litha, the longest day of the year, and it’s the cusp between Gemini and Cancer season. So here we are, with Cancer season ready to begin.
A quick note for those new to rising sign horoscopes: rising sign horoscopes are more accurate than sun sign horoscopes because they reflect your actual house structure in the chart, which is where the action shows up in your lived experience. The rising sign is the sign that was coming up over the horizon when you were born, and it sets up where all the different astrological houses fall in your chart. If you don’t know your rising sign, you can look it up at astro.com with your birth date, time, and location.
You can listen to all twelve, or jump ahead to your rising sign, your sun sign, your moon sign, or any placement you feel called to. Take what resonates and leave the rest.
Alright. Let’s begin.

Thank you all for being here for the Cancer season horoscopes!
If you’d like the bigger picture of Cancer season, the history of the sign, the Human Design gates, and all the major transits, go back and listen to part one.
The rising sign horoscopes speak to this season, but they also touch on longer arcs - Chiron moving into Taurus is an eight-year transit, and Jupiter entering Leo is a year-long one. So some of what I’m describing here extends well beyond Cancer season itself.

Summer Solstice: The Sun is in the Gate of Extremes ✨ The Mandala 64 Walk
This post is coming to you a few days late- apologies! The sun entered Gate 15 on June 19, which this year happened to fall on the same weekend as both the Summer Solstice and Father’s Day - a full and intense and beautiful few days that kept me away from the keyboard. I guess there is something fitting about being late t…
